Exchange / Return Policy

We’re happy to refund your full-priced Cutlery Carriage, within 14 days of delivery, if it has not been used. The product must be in resalable condition and in it’s original packaging. Products received after 14 days will be issued a credit available to be used online.

Exchanges and Returns are available for full-priced items only. They must be in the original condition in which they were sent.

For the processing of your return, please allow 2-3 weeks. A refund will be issued to the original form of payment. You’ll receive confirmation by email when your return is completed.

Please do not return products to us without contacting us first, we do not accept liability for any items returned to us without authourisation.

Original shipping costs are not refundable and return charges are the responsibility of the customer.

If we request that an item is returned to us, we do not accept liability for loss or damage in transit so please ensure that products are adequately packaged and returned to us via a tracked service.

Cutlery Carriage will not be responsible for any costs associated with returns. We recommend you opt for an insured and traceable shipping carrier.

Any order discrepancies or damaged items received must be reported within 5 days of delivery. Include a brief description of the issue and a picture of the goods and send it to hello@cutlerycarriage.com

We're not responsible for products delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the sender. Please check your shipping information is correct.

 

Warranty

For manufacturing defects, exchanges are available within 3 months of purchase. Warranty does not cover misuse, scratches, accidental damage caused by general use or fading of colour due to neglect. Natural wear and tear on the product does not make it eligible for an exchange.
